With our training programs, educators and school leaders will identify and strengthen their instructional and leadership skills required for creating transformative, educational spaces that are centered on racial equity, educational diversity, and culturally responsive teaching and learning.
In our professional development trainings, we work through reflection surveys, case studies, and critical writing exercises to examine, interrogate our beliefs, attitudes, and practices. The purpose of our trainings and workshops is to strengthen educators & school leaders’ instructional capacities with the goal of transforming mindsets and actions.
