We take you step by step and hold space for all of your questions and concerns. Creating grounds for diversity to flourish can feel shaky and foreign. But the more we make room for this “uncomfy” state of being, the more it will dissipate and become a universal standard.

After scheduling the call, the ELG Team will contact you with a confirmed Zoom link and an ELG intake form.
This is for us to better get to know your specific goals and cater our time to be the most useful and efficient. Feel free to list particular concerns, hopes, and questions on the intake form.
For documents please email any necessary attachments to karla@equityleadershipgroup.com immediately after booking.
After Our Session
Each guest will receive a live recording of our time together on Zoom for your records.
