An equity audit is an opportunity to analyze the systems, practices, and policies that do not create access, opportunities, and equitable outcomes within K-12 schools (or school districts).
Our findings help to provide insight into how schools can enhance the student experience, school climate and culture, and instructional & leadership practices.
